Everything is done via our website. After you create an account, you will have access to a worksheet that will help our attorneys prepare your estate plan to your specific needs and situation. You will be able to access the draft of your entire estate plan through our system, and notify us of any changes or corrections. We will finalize your estate plan and email it to you with signing instructions. It’s that easy! Complete packages start at $199 for an individual and $299 for a couple.
You may wish to contact us directly regarding your estate planning needs rather than go through our online system. Our attorneys are available at our standard rates to assist you through the entire process, including execution of your estate documents and funding of your trust. In addition, if you are single and your net worth exceeds $1.5 million dollars, or if you are married and (as a couple) your net worth exceeds $3.5 million dollars, you should consider advanced estate planning.
